We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
All orders are processed and dispatched within 72 hours of the order being received. All orders dispatched and shipped within the UK are sent using a fully tracked courier service – Please allow up to 3 days for delivery.
All orders dispatched and shipped Internationally are shipped using an International Tracked Mail service – Please allow up to 10 days for delivery.
Should you have the need to raise a query regarding the delivery of your order please email email@example.com stating your order Number and our shipping department will investigate your enquiry with the carrier and provide you with feedback.
International Orders – Any requests for a refund/replacement due to non-delivery will not be issued for 28 days from date of dispatch – This allows us to investigate thoroughly with our carrier the reason for non-delivery.
UK Orders – Any requests for a Refund/Replacement due to non-delivery will not be issued for 7 days days from date of dispatch -This allows us to investigate thoroughly with our carrier the reason for non-delivery.
For hygiene purposes, we do not offer refunds.
If your order has arrived damaged we would be more than happy to issue you with a replacement – in order for us to do this please email firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order ref and photographic evidence of the damaged item.
Cancellations need to be received before the product has been sent out, as soon as the product has been dispatched by ourselves customers will no longer be able to cancel. As-long as a cancellation is received before dispatch a full refund will be issued.
We will not be held responsible for wrong delivery addresses. All items are sent to the delivery address provided by the customer, if a customer provides a wrong delivery address no refund will be issued. If you notice a wrong delivery address on your order confirmation please send us an email as soon as possible to change it, if it has not been despatched we will change it at no extra cost, if it has already been despatched we will not be held responsible
All taxes including import tax are paid by ourselves.
On the odd occasion a tin might come pressurised as air can get locked inside when it is sealed, all tins are sealed from the inside to protect products being tampered with and the content getting stuck in the tin grooves. We always put an extra 20 uses in each tin just incase you lose a bit of the product down to a pressurised tin, it’s completely normal and won’t effect the product or your results.
